Fix

Fixes potential problems within a vector dataset. These problems can prevent some operations from operating correctly. This includes:

• Removing duplicate coordinates (i.e. coordinates with exactly the same value)
• Removing polygons with 2 or less coordinates
• Removing intersections of lines within a polygon
